What is SAVERROO?

SAVERROO is the world 1st online platform to offer time – based discounts of up to 50% every day for all goods and services. SAVERROO’s mission is to SAVE MORE and ENJOY MORE offering time-based discounts of up to 50% every day at all of its participating outlets through its online platform and mobile applications (coming soon). No upfront costs, no credit card details, no coupons, nothing – simply make your reservation, attend it and your discounts will be automatically applied to your bill. Reserve through SAVERROO and you will never have to pay full price for your goods and services.


How does SAVERROO work?

All merchants usually have peak hour and off – peak hour. SAVERROO partners with these merchants to provide a special time – based discounts across various days and operating hours, therefore creating a win – win situation for you and the merchants.


How do I use SAVERROO?

Reservations on SAVERROO can be made on our mobile app (coming soon) and website:

Step 1: Register an account with SAVERROO.

Step 2: Choose your preferred merchant.

Step 3: Select the number of pax / items, date, category and time when you want to go to the merchant.

Step 4: You will receive an email with your reservation details after confirming.

Step 5: Visit the merchant and tell them the reservation code to enjoy instant savings!


What is the cost of booking?

It’s free! 


What does a F & B reservation on SAVERROO include?

Is there any fine print?

1) X% discount off all food items which includes starters, mains and even desserts (unless specifically stated under the fine print section).

2) Only drinks and in – house value set meals which are already discounted are not included.

3) SAVERROO discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions.


Is the discount limited to the items reflected in the ‘Specially For You’?

No, the discount is not limited to the items in the ‘Specially For You’. The ‘Specially For You’ is simply a suggestion from us, along with a sample breakdown of prices on the side to give you a better gauge of your expected bill.


Can I make a reservation for a group size larger than what is available?

In the event where you would like to reserve for a group size larger than what is allowed, kindly inform us via phone or email us at support.sg@saverroo.com and we will contact the merchant to check for availability. We are always at your service.


Can I edit or cancel my reservation after confirming?

Yes, you can! There are 2 ways: (1) Click on the ‘Edit Reservation’ or ‘Cancel Reservation’ button that can be found in your booking confirmation email. (2) Click into ‘My Reservations’ in the app and edit or cancel your reservation from there.


How long in advance can I cancel my reservation?

Your reservation must be cancelled 24 hours before your actual reservation time.


Why do I have to cancel my reservation instead of just not showing up?

Cancelling your reservation earlier helps our merchants to manage their staff and logistics. Not showing up for more than 5 reservations in a month will get your account suspended. 


How many reservations can I make?

The maximum number of active reservations at any time is set at 5 per week as a member Concurrent reservations are disallowed. Priority and Premier member can make 10 and 20 reservations per week respectively.


How long in advance can I make a reservation?

1 month


What happens if a time – slot is sold out?

A sold out slot means that the maximum number of seats for that time – slot has been fully reserved. However, there are always cancellations and reschedules so do continue to check back for the latest updates on your preferred merchants or you can email us at support.sg@saverroo.com and we will help you. We are always at your service.


Do I need to provide my credit card details at any one point?

No. There is no upfront payment, just a reservation made. You pay directly to the merchant.


Do I need to print out the booking confirmation email?

No. Just provide the merchant your reservation code.


Does SAVERROO allow cross country reservations?

Yes, we do. If you are going to another country for a holiday where SAVERROO is present, you can always plan out your itinerary and make those reservations in advance.


Can I make a reservation with a foreign phone number?

Yes, you can. Simply replace the default country code with your local country code, followed by your mobile number.


What happens if I arrive early or late for my reservation?

As SAVERROO offers time – based discounts, punctuality is important for us. Based on our Terms and Conditions, your reservations are guaranteed within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Any time before or beyond 15 minutes, our merchants have the right to ask you to wait or reject your reservation. However, if the merchant accepts you, they are required to honour the discount that you have reserved for.


What happens if the merchant refuse to honour my booking reservation made and / or give me the agreed discount?

This should never happen. In the unlikely event it does, please inform us via phone @ (+65) 8363 5958 or email us at support.sg@saverroo.com and we will resolve the situation for you right away.


How do I key in a promo code?

Just follow the 3 steps:

Step 1: Register or log into your account to qualify for the promo code.

Step 2: After you have selected your reservation details, key in the promo code in the entry field and then click ‘next’.

Step 3: Congratulations on successfully keying in the promo code. You can proceed to confirm your booking. Attend your booking and we will send you your reward.

Note: Kindly update your app (coming soon) if you are unable to see the promo code entry field.


How do I claim my reward after attending my reservation?

You will receive a follow – up email within 24 hours after attending your reservation. Please check your spam mail as well.


How can I review a merchant?

After attending your reservation, you can review your experience on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 5 (excellent), or even leave a comment to share your experience with us by clicking ‘Attended and Write A Review’ on your booking confirmation email.


Where can I view or update my personal details?

Mobile app (coming soon) – You can view or update your personal particulars by clicking ‘Edit Profile’ on the drop bar found on the top left hand corner. Website – The option to ‘Edit Profile’ can be found on the top right hand corner of the menu bar.
